Its very rare these days to find someone or some business in this case with the skills and integrity that this business has. If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down the best auto repair shop in the Lee’s summit area. Not only were the prices very reasonable they were upfront about what I did not need. Meaning the last place I went said I needed this and that but when I went and received a second opinion by this shop they actually took the time and showed me why I truly did not need this repair at the current time and explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand it. Hands down 5 stars and highly recommended!
Our family has been coming to Value Auto for well over 10 years. If you’re a soft cry baby, then you might not like Harry’s no-nonsense communication style. But that’s one of the things I appreciate most about this shop, and wish more were that way.
